These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, products, and features on the Crikes platform. Crikes operates its website (crikes.pro), mobile app, and all associated digital platforms. These Terms are drawn up in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh and comply with the rules of international gaming licensing authorities.

To create an account on Crikes, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Registering with false or incorrect details may result in your account being closed at any time and all funds held in the account being forfeited.

Each individual may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts ('multi-accounting') will result in all accounts being closed and any funds or bonuses held in those accounts being forfeited.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Crikes will never ask for your password. If anyone claims to be requesting your password on behalf of Crikes, report it to Crikes support immediately.

• Verification of the mobile number provided at registration is mandatory.
• A national ID or passport may be required for KYC verification.
• To update your account information, please contact us through the support team.
• Inactive accounts may be automatically deactivated after 12 months.

Crikes services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from using Crikes under any circumstances. Crikes may request a national ID or birth certificate to verify age at registration or at any time thereafter.

If a parent believes their child is using Crikes, please contact Crikes Support immediately. We will act swiftly and investigate the account in question.

Each bet or game on Crikes has its own rules, which are detailed on the relevant page. It is your responsibility to review the odds, markets, and conditions carefully before confirming a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

Crikes offers fair odds on all bets. Our odds are determined based on data from third-party providers. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Crikes reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the original stake.

• Odds in in-play betting can change rapidly; the odds displayed at the moment you place your bet are final.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for a single bet will be refunded.
• If an event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it will be removed and the odds recalculated accordingly.
• Crikes reserves the right to set or adjust bet limits at any time.
• Certified RNG is used across slot games and the casino — results are never predetermined.

Deposits on Crikes can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency. Deposits are generally instant and no fees are charged by Crikes, though your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond our control.

• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting odds across the platform to guarantee a profit.
• Software/Bot Usage: Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud other players or Crikes by any means.
• Account Transfer: Selling or transferring an account or balance to a third party.
• Third-Party Funds: Using third-party funds in your own name to place bets.
• Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the Crikes system.
• Abusive Conduct: Abusive behavior toward the support team or other players.
